You can also come directly to Hotel 7Eleven and make a booking.
Reservations at Hotel 7Eleven can be made from any country as long as you follow the proper procedures.
We have no restrictions on the number of rooms one can reserve with us. You can book any number of rooms you require.
There is no restriction on the check-in time at Hotel 7Eleven. One can come in any time and check-in. Our standard check-out time is 10:30 AM
Payments for accommodation at the hotel or hire of facilities can be made in cash, Card (Visa card, Master Card and other acceptable cards) or by direct deposit into our bank account, via EFT or via PayPal. Only in exceptional cases is Mobile money payment considered.
If you book a room at Hotel 7Eleven, we have an obligation to reserve your room unless you cancel your reservation. Our procedural callback system helps to confirm bookings at the hotel. We never cancel a booking unless the client requests it.
The guest will be required to present a valid identification document (national ID for local guests or passport for international guests) at check-in. We shall also confirm with the third party that made the reservation.
One of our main goals is to contribute to job creation in Soroti. Many of our employees come from the area and surrounding regions. We also source many of our resources and supplies from the suppliers in the area.
We put that into consideration when Hotel 7Eleven was set up, and to provide the clients with the utmost comfort and convenience, we have a back-up standby generator with capacity to run for over 24 hours in the event of power outages. In addition to the generator power, we also have standby solar systems in place.
